馮之明小姐生於香港,6歲開始先後跟隨名師梁慕雲、劉綺華及岑健威學習鋼琴,之後到悉尼音樂學院跟隨大師Alexandra Vinokurov學習。馮老師於澳洲墨爾本大學取得音樂學士學位,師承Glen Riddle及Olga Kharitonova兩位大師。她在澳洲期間於Hobart Eisteddfod及Boroondara Eisteddfod鋼琴比賽中獲獎。

馮老師回港後多次與各國大師合作演出,於2018年與紐約長笛大師的演奏會表現大獲好評。在意大利文化協會主辦的羅西尼150週年紀念音樂會與多名香港著名音樂家的演出得到各方的讚賞。馮老師亦於第五屆香港青少年表演藝術節獲得四手聯彈冠軍及2019香港國際音樂藝術節公開組冠軍。

馮老師於2006年開始鋼琴教育工作、聽唱訓練及伴奏。2006年至2008年間與小提琴家魏豪洲合作,並為中華愛樂樂團(香港)音樂總監梁家輝先生合作至今。

馮老師有超過10年教學經驗,樂理知識教授經驗豐富,她的學生多次在香港具多年歷史的校際音樂節及其他公開比賽中獲獎。

Nicole Fung, born in Hong Kong, started her piano learning journey with Miss Vivien Leong at the age of 6 and furthered her piano study with Miss Eva Lue and Mr Shum Kin Wai. She studied at the foundation program of the Sydney Conservatorium of music with Mrs Alexandra Vinokurov. 

She obtained her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Melbourne, her teachers there include Mr Glenn Riddle and Mrs Olga Kharitonova. While studying at the Melbourne Conservatorium of music, Fung has joined many competitions and has won prizes in Hobart Eisteddfod 2012 and Boroondara Eisteddfod 2013. 

 

After returning from her study in Australia, Fung started her piano teaching and accompanists career, at the same time taking part in various performance and competition.

In 2018, Nico performed Mr Patrick Dillery in his flute recital in Hong Kong. In the same year Nico performed with Alecx Chung, chairman of the Hong Kong International Flute Association, in the Rossini Concert co-hosting by HKIFA and Istituto Italiano di cultura. In May 2018, Nico performed with Sara Fung in a charity concert for the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society. 

 

In the year 2017-2019, Fung has joined various piano competition. She was the champion in the class Senior Piano Four Hands in the HKYPAF 2017 competition and First Place in HKIMAA 2019 competition Open class - senior class.

Fung has started her work as an accompanist since 2006. She worked for violinist Mr Ngai Ho Chau in the year 2006-2008. After graduating from the University of Melbourne, she furthered her piano study with Mr Shum Kin Wai and works for Mr Terry Leung Ka Fai, music director of the China Philharmonic Orchestra(Hong Kong) as accompanist until present days.

Miss Fung has more than ten years teaching experience. Her experience in piano competitions helps her students in Melos music centre won various prizes in open piano competitions and school music festival. Her students are mainly from DGS, St Paul Convent and Marymount.
